The Studio

This London-based studio delivers considered, high-quality interior architecture across a mix of sectors. Commercial and workplace form a key part of their portfolio, alongside projects in other areas, including residential.

Their commercial interiors are the sort of spaces other studios look to for inspiration – design-led, distinctive and exceptionally well resolved. Collaborative and detail-driven, the team works across projects from concept through to completion, balancing strong creative thinking with technical quality.

The Opportunity

As an Interior Architect, you’ll work across a varied portfolio, with a particular focus on commercial and workplace projects. Working closely with Associates and other senior members of the team, you’ll be confident dealing directly with clients, understanding their requirements and translating these into practical, well-designed solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You’ll also be happy getting stuck into the technical side of projects, working in Revit, developing drawing packages, coordinating with consultants and resolving technical challenges as projects progress. It’s a hands-on role for someone comfortable taking ownership and getting on with things independently when needed, whilst having the support of an experienced senior team around them.
