We are the UK’s largest end to end drainage solution provider with depots strategically located across the UK from Aberdeen to Plymouth, to ensure round the clock coverage for customers and clients alike.
About the role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Works Co-ordinator to join our Depot based in Glasgow.
About the role:
- Location: Glasgow
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 dependant on experience
- Benefits: 24 days holiday + bank holidays, Life Assurance scheme, Auto enrolment pension scheme, Free parking on site
What you will be doing:
- Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team
- Raising of purchase orders through our online portals
- Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars
- Arranging and tracking works permits
- Supporting with risk assessments & method statements
- Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details
- Logging absence requests
- General admin duties around the depot
