Works Manager (Bespoke Joinery)
£50,000 - £55,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Christmas Bonus + Training + Company Social Events

Are you an experienced joinery professional, with project management experience, looking to join a growing bespoke joinery business where you can take ownership of operations, client relationships, and project delivery?
On offer is the opportunity to join a respected Kent-based manufacturer specialising in high-end bespoke joinery solutions. With a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and quality, the company delivers projects across the residential and commercial sectors, with particular expertise on doors and windows.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, working closely with the Assistant General Manager and Workshop Manager to coordinate production, manage client relationships, prepare quotations, and deliver projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

Additionally, you will conduct site surveys to gather project requirements alongside identifying potential issues. Training can be provided on JMS quotation software.
The Role
- Overseeing daily operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Managing projects from inquiry to completion
- Developing and maintaining client relationships, acting as the primary contact
- Preparing and submitting quotations
- Carrying out site surveys to assess requirements and considerations
Monday to Friday, 8 - 5
The Person
- Strong background in joinery manufacturing
- Previous experience in managing projects
