About the Role
As our Workshop and Warehouse Supervisor, you are the backbone of our technical operations. You will take complete ownership of our central London facilities, transforming them into a safe, secure, and highly efficient environment that empowers our mission delivery. This is your space to organize, innovate, and build the systems that will supercharge our team's success.
Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will be entrusted to create a world-class workspace that directly enables the deployment of our advanced robotic systems. What You’ll Build
- A seamlessly organized workshop and warehouse that acts as the launchpad for our technical and mission operations.
- Robust systems and processes for inventory management, logistics, and supply chain that keep our teams moving at pace.
- A state of total readiness for our fleet of robotic systems, ensuring all equipment is charged, clean, and prepared for deployment.
- A safe, compliant, and impeccably maintained work environment where our team can do their best work.
- Efficient logistics operations, from coordinating domestic deliveries to managing all related documentation.
- A culture of order and efficiency, taking responsibility for everything from our vehicle fleet's readiness to the overall security and upkeep of the facilities.

What You Bring
- Significant experience in a hands-on operational role within a logistics, industrial, manufacturing, or military environment.
- A natural talent for organization and a meticulous eye for detail; you instinctively know how to create order and efficiency in physical spaces.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving setting.
- Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and maintain effective systems, processes, and standard operating procedures.
- A solid understanding of UK health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- Hands-on skill and confidence in operating machinery like counterbalance forklifts, driving fleet vehicles, and using various tools.
- A collaborative, team-player mindset focused on enabling the success of others.
- A full UK driving license and the ability to work on-site in London daily.
