Workshop Controller
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £35,000 basic DOE + £43,000 OTE
Hours: Permanent, Full Time

What You'll Be Doing
- Allocating work to Technicians and ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are consistently met
- Working closely with Service Advisors to manage workflow and keep customers informed
- Monitoring workshop performance to ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timescales
- Identifying and resolving operational issues quickly and effectively
- Supporting the workshop team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer care
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, ideally as a Workshop Controller or Senior Technician
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can work effectively across departments
- A proactive leader who can motivate and support a team to achieve targets
- Professional, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
