We have a fantastic new opportunity available right now to join our multi-franchise Sheffield team! Our Aftersales department is currently on the lookout for a new Workshop Controller!

What Will You Be Doing?
Responsibilities of the role include;
- Overseeing the team of Technicians; organizing Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks.
- Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work.
- Liaising with customers.
- Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements.
- Ensuring set deadlines are met.
- Effectively communicating with other dealership departments.
- Complying with company and Brand standards.
- Being accurate and precise with all administration.
- To work in a manner that maximizes departmental profits.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:30 am – 5:00 pm.

The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have previous Aftersales experience.
- Display effective supervisory skills.
- Show excellent communication & organizational skills.
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to business needs.
- Have a willingness to learn and develop.
- Be motivated by targets and look to exceed them.
- Have an ability to demonstrate effective time management.
- Strong coaching skills.
- Possess a great team player mentality.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
