Workshop Controller
Marshall Audi Maidstone
£38,622 basic | £50,622 OTE; 25 days' annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service); Life assurance & pension scheme; Discounts on car servicing, purchase & more; Access to exclusive shopping and lifestyle perks.
Full-time | 45 hours per week, including Saturday mornings on a rota basis
About the Role
Can you manage the daily operations of a busy, high-performing service workshop with a brand known for excellence?
At Marshall Audi Maidstone, we’re seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to motivate and manage a team of technicians while ensuring great service delivery and efficiency in the operations.
In this role:
- You’ll lead, manage, and motivate a team of qualified and apprentice technicians to meet daily workshop demands.
- You’ll allocate job cards and manage technicians’ workloads to maximize productivity.
- You’ll have quality checks to ensure all work meets brand standards and drive service success through effective time management.
- You’ll oversee technical workshop solutions including EVHC and service booking systems.
- You’ll provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone, supporting the Service Advisor team as required.

We're looking for:
- Someone with previous experience as a Workshop Controller, ideally from a franchised dealership environment.
- Someone with the skill to motivate a team and maintain a professional, calm approach.
- Someone with proficient IT skills, preferably with EVHC software experience.
- Someone with a problem-solving mindset, who can anticipate and resolve potential operational barriers effectively.
- Most importantly, someone who shares our values and takes pride in delivering both great results and a supportive, positive working environment.
