Location: Donnelly M1 Motorstore, 181 Ballygawley Road
Workshop Controller

Role Overview
As Workshop Controller you will coordinate and support a team of Technicians, ensuring work is allocated effectively and completed to a high standard within agreed timescales.
You will play a key role in maximising workshop productivity and efficiency while maintaining excellent standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will also continually review workshop processes, identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
About The Role
About This Role
- Manage workshop workload and allocate jobs to Technicians to maximise productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure vehicles complete the eVHC process and support Service Advisors with additional work requirements, costs, and timings.
- Monitor repairs to ensure all work is completed correctly, efficiently, and Right First Time.
- Identify warranty repairs and obtain authorisation where required.
- Support Technicians with complex technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Keep Service Advisors updated on repair progress and additional work.
- Ensure Repair Orders/Job Cards are accurate, complete, and suitable for customer explanations and warranty claims.
- Carry out quality control, including road tests where required.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Ensure completed vehicles are prepared and ready for customer collection.

The Person
- Ideally fully qualified to Master Technician level and have experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- Must have at least 3 - 4 years experience, ideally within a franchised workshop
- Must possess experience in electrical repairs and the use of diagnostic equipment
- A full driving licence is essential
