We are sourcing a Workshop Coordinator on a part-time (22.5 hrs), 14-Month Fixed Term Basis. Based at our facility in Westhill, Aberdeen, the Workshop Co-Ordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of the Operations functions of Workshop, Maintenance, Project Mobilisations and Demobilisations. To coordinate and organise these functions to ensure the smooth operation of various processes that provide service delivery in the optimum way supporting current & planned projects and promoting a reputation for excellence with Claxton clients & within the Claxton Organisation.

Duties & Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the tracking of assets on projects and help plan which assets are allocated to future work scopes.
- Create, update and on-hire rental orders for assets and third-party equipment.
- Create and issue demobilisation packs when equipment returns from offshore.
- Responsible for managing Maintenance Order System.
- Raise purchase requisitions for maintenance orders once approved by the Workshop Manager.
- Assist in development of Maintenance function.
- Monitor and analyse onshore operations performance and service quality.
- Track and process site-related intercompany asset transfers.
- Timewrite for onshore and offshore technicians.
- General administration duties including filing, scanning, and the maintaining of company records.
- Liaise with Projects, Supply Chain, and Technicians to ensure accurate information is supplied.

Required
- Experienced within a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience of business management systems for quality, safety, and environment.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong organisational ability with logical, ordered thought processes.
- Fast-effective problem-solving ability.
