Workshop Plant Fitter
Location: Hayes
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Training + Career Progression
The Company
NEOS Engineering are working exclusively with a well-established and highly respected plant hire business who are looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Plant Fitter to join their busy Hayes depot.

The Role
As a Workshop Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, repair and inspection of a wide range of heavy plant and construction equipment. Working within a modern workshop, you'll ensure machinery is maintained to the highest standards, helping keep customers operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair heavy plant machinery.
- Diagnose and fault-find mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
- Carry out routine inspections, servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
- Accurately complete service reports and job documentation.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
The Candidate
- Experience working on heavy plant, construction or agricultural machinery.
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical fault-finding skills.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
