Position: Experienced Workshop Engineer

Job Type: Full-time
Start date: ASAP
Location: Berkeley, GL13 9PL

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an additional workshop engineer to join our team in Berkeley, Gloucestershire.

About Us:

At Iron & Earth we are an ever-growing family business with our core business being used plant machinery. We also supply a large volume of new Compact Tractors & CFMOTO Quad ATVs and UTVs.   • Efficiently being able to diagnose and resolve breakdown faults.
  • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) in workshop to ensure equipment meets high-quality standards.
  • Conduct minor repairs and refurbishments of equipment in our well-equipped workshop.
  • Carry out servicing of machinery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrate experience in working on machinery, preferably in the construction plant or agricultural sector - 3 Years (required)
  • A hardworking individual with a positive "can-do" attitude, always ready to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Committed to maintaining a safe working environment and consistently delivering efficient results.
