Role Description
The Workshop Facilitator is a freelance, on-site role based across London and Greater London. Facilitators will join our flexible delivery network and be offered workshops on an ongoing basis, with the freedom to accept assignments according to their availability. The role involves delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned workshops that introduce young people to core entrepreneurial and business concepts in a fun, engaging and dynamic way.
Company Description
Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA) is a not-for-profit initiative that equips young people aged 10–18 with future-ready skills for an ever-changing world. YEA focuses on igniting entrepreneurial thinking by providing the tools, confidence, and mindset needed to turn ideas into real businesses. Through hands-on, interactive programs, learners gain experience in problem-solving, creative innovation, and presenting ideas with impact.
The flagship program, Basics of Business: Beginner to Boss, is supported by UCL and award-winning entrepreneurs, as well as signposted by the Department for Education, and is used by hundreds of schools across the UK and internationally. YEA is committed to making entrepreneurship education accessible and inclusive for all young people, and collaborates with schools, youth organisations, policymakers, and corporates to create meaningful opportunities for the next generation.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging workshops, bootcamps and enterprise activities for young people aged 10-18.
- Share your entrepreneurial, business or industry experience through talks, discussions and practical activities.
- Support young people to develop business ideas and innovative solutions to real-world problems.
- Lead interactive exercises focused on creativity, teamwork, problem-solving and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Mentor and encourage young people as they develop their ideas and build confidence in their abilities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their ideas, presentations and business concepts.
- Act as a positive role model, helping young people see what's possible through entrepreneurship and innovation.
- Work collaboratively with the YEA team to create an inclusive, engaging and inspiring learning experience.

We're Looking For People with:
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to young audiences.
- Experience delivering Workshops, bootcamps and interactive sessions for young people.
- Demonstrated Facilitation skills, with the ability to manage group dynamics and encourage participation.
- Experience or interest in entrepreneurship, business, or financial literacy education.
- Creativity Skills to develop engaging activities and adapt content to different learning styles.
- Ability to work on-site in London and Greater London and collaborate professionally with other facilitators.
Essential Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Positive and energetic attitude.
- Reliable and professional approach.
