Workshop Fitter (Motors)

£38,000 - £40,000 (OTE 55k) + Training + Progression + Overtime + Days-Based + Company Bonus + Company Benefits

Are you a Workshop Fitter, Technician or Engineer looking for a static role that offers Monday-Friday, Days-based hours with plenty of optional overtime to increase your earnings?

In this role you will be working in a Workshop within a manufacturing environment dealing predominantly with motors, sometimes pumps and other equipment. You will be testing, fault finding and repairing this machinery, alongside offering technical advice and adhering to health and safety standards.

This well-established engineering firm delivers mechanical and electrical solutions across the UK, supporting infrastructure and industrial projects with a focus on quality, safety, and reliability.

This role would suit a Workshop Fitter, Technician, Engineer or similar who has worked on either Motors or Pumps looking for a static role offering Monday-Friday, days-based hours with plenty of optional overtime to increase your earnings.

The Role:

  • Testing, Fault-Finding, Fitting and Repairing Motors and Pumps
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, 40 hours
  • Plenty of optional overtime available
