JOINER WANTED 🔨 | DARWEN, LANCASHIRE
We’re hiring again at Sauna Spec.
We’re a premium sauna & wellness manufacturer based in Darwen, designing and building bespoke saunas, cold-plunge installations and some pretty special outdoor wellness projects for clients across the UK.
We have a fully equipped, dedicated workshop where the majority of our manufacturing takes place — so this isn’t a job travelling around fitting kitchens, hanging doors or working on building sites every day. We build things properly.
Our work involves everything from timber framing and cladding through to high-end internal joinery, floating sauna benches, feature walls, cabinetry and the little details that turn a good build into something exceptional.

We’re looking for a skilled joiner who:
- Takes genuine pride in their work
- Has a very good eye for detail
- Enjoys making things rather than just fitting them
- Can work accurately from drawings
- Is comfortable working independently but also as part of a small team
- Wants to be involved in interesting, unusual projects where quality actually matters
You don’t need previous sauna-building experience — we can teach you that. What we can't teach quite as easily is care, attitude and the desire to produce genuinely excellent work. We’re a growing business, the workshop is busy, and there are some very exciting projects coming through.
