Life Creations is a youth-focused organization dedicated to empowering young people through workshops, mentoring, and live panels. The organization partners with secondary schools, parents, alternative provision centers, youth clubs, churches, and other youth institutions to deliver both formal and informal education. Life Creations equips young people with practical, lifelong skills to help them navigate society effectively and confidently. The organization has collaborated with respected partners such as NCS Challenge Network, Newham Council, Barclays Life Skills, and MyBnk. Driven by a bold vision, Life Creations aims to transform how education is experienced by young people.
Role Description
The Workshop Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Kingdom. This role involves planning, delivering, and facilitating engaging workshops for young people in schools, youth clubs, and partner organizations. The Workshop Leader will design content that supports personal development, life skills, and confidence-building, while adapting session plans to different audiences and settings.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Maintaining accurate records of sessions
- Providing feedback for continuous improvement of programs
- Mentoring young participants
- Contributing to live panels and events
- Upholding safeguarding and health and safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in youth work, education, or facilitation, with proven ability to lead interactive workshops and group activities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of young people.
- Skills in program planning and organization, including designing session materials, managing schedules, and coordinating with partner institutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with schools, parents, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to creating safe, inclusive environments for young people.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to respond effectively to changing group needs and dynamics.
- Experience working within the UK education or youth sector is highly beneficial.
- Relevant qualifications in education, youth work, social sciences, or a related field are preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
