We are a young, fast-expanding communal joinery workshop seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role for a motivated and enthusiastic professional who thrives in a hands-on environment.

Benchspace was born out of a desire to create one of the best communal workshops in London — a space that goes beyond access to tools and machines.

Our vision is to establish a network of modern workshops that provide cabinet makers and joinery startups with access to commercial-grade machinery, with a focus on continually enhancing production workflows through the use of CAD/CAM technologies. We believe a workshop should be more than just functional — it should be a clean, inspiring, and welcoming space where people feel good about the work they do and the environment they’re in, working alongside their peers – sharing knowledge and inspiration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
