Workshop Manager

£33,000 - £40,000 + Company Pension + Training + Benefits

Location: Goole

Do you have a background as a Workshop Manager or similar, looking to join a well-established company in a management role where you can take ownership of a busy workshop, lead a skilled team and play a key role in the continued success of the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established and growing company with a strong reputation for quality and customer service in a managerial role. The business specialises in the survey, design and manufacture of bespoke ventilation systems, supplying a wide range of commercial sectors across the UK.

The Role

This varied role involves:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop
  • Supervising, motivating and developing workshop technicians
  • Planning and allocating workloads to meet deadlines
  • Monitoring workshop productivity, quality and health & safety standards
  • Ordering parts, tools and workshop equipment
  • Liaising with the office regarding repairs, progress and costs
