A large manufacturing company based in Witham are looking for a Workshop Operative to join their expanding business. They are able to offer good solid work with plenty of overtime. Immediate starts available.
Hourly rate is up to £13.50ph and the hours are 6.30am to 3:30pm Monday to Thursday. Overtime paid on a Friday which is x1.5 over 42 hours worked.

- Assembling steel frames
- Reading from basic engineering drawings
- Using various hand tools including drills, hammers etc
- Using tape measures to measure and line up the products
- Making steel windows and internal steel screens
- Checking quality of product including paint
Skills & experience needed for this Workshop Operative role:
- You will need experience using hand tools such as drills, hammers etc
- Be able to read from basic engineering drawings
- Have a good attention to detail
- This is a physically demanding role so you will need to be physically fit
