Workshop Assistant
Are you available to start work on an immediate basis? Do you have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing high-quality work? Would you like to work within a role that offers variety and progression?

We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Assistant to join our client's busy manufacturing workshop in Haddenham, on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn all aspects of the workshop environment.
The successful candidate will support the smooth running of daily operations and receive training across a variety of production processes, with genuine opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with glass cutting processes
- Preparing products ready for consumer
- Sealing and finishing glass units
- Accepting and checking deliveries
- Supporting general workshop operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

About You
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Strong communication skills
- Eager to learn new skills and support the wider team
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Forklift experience or a valid Forklift Licence would be advantageous
