🚗 We're Hiring: Workshop Parts Administrator — Motorsave Limited, Swinton
£28,000 – £32,000 (DOE) | Full-time, Mon–Fri | Swinton, Greater Manchester
Motorsave Limited, franchised dealers for Ford, Fiat Professional, Citroën LCV, Peugeot LCV, and Vauxhall LCV, is looking for a Workshop Parts Administrator to join our Parts team.
This role is all about keeping our own workshop running — no external/trade sales involved. You'll be the person technicians rely on to have the right part, at the right time, every time.
What you'll be doing:
- Inputting and processing parts invoices
- Sourcing parts in manufacturer catalogues for repairs — including spotting the one-use extras a job needs (gaskets, seals, clips etc.)
- Managing stock across our Stellantis and Ford brands
- Handling surcharge and warranty part returns
- Preparing parts for WIP quotations and warranty repairs

What we're looking for:
- Previous parts department experience, or strong vehicle component knowledge
- Confidence navigating parts catalogues
- DMS experience — Keyloop or CDK (Kerridge) a big plus
- Sharp attention to detail and a team-first attitude
