We are looking for a proactive and reliable Workshop & Sales Admin Coordinator to join our Sales and Workshop teams.
This is a varied role that sits at the heart of our Workshop and Sales Administration functions. You will play an important part in keeping repairs, spare parts, warranty enquiries and stock administration running smoothly, while providing a professional and helpful service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Workshop Administration
- Accurately record guns and other items received into our registered repair system.
- Maintain accurate repair, stock and inventory records and assist with regular stocktakes.
- Process spare parts orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure orders and queries are dealt with efficiently.
- Work closely with the Workshop team to ensure repair information and records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Manage supplier correspondence via Salesforce relating to factory returns, woodwork selections and warranty claims.
- Support the Workshop team with general administration to ensure the department operates efficiently.
Customer & Workshop Enquiries
- Handle inbound customer calls relating to repairs, progress updates and expected completion dates.
- Deal with warranty and spare parts enquiries, ensuring all queries are accurately recorded and progressed.
- Liaise with the Workshop team to obtain accurate information and provide clear and timely updates to customers.
- Provide customers with helpful, professional and accurate information while maintaining confidentiality.
- Deal professionally with dissatisfied customers, resolving issues where possible and escalating matters appropriately to the Workshop Manager.

About You
Previous administration experience is essential. We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Can manage and prioritise a varied workload effectively.
- Is confident communicating with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Is comfortable working independently while also being a supportive member of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft and other internal systems.
