About The Role

  • Lead and supervise site service engineers and contractors undertaking work at customer facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with RUBIX UK & I HSEQ policies and procedures.
  • Conduct site risk assessments, toolbox talks, and ensure safe systems of work are followed.
  • Plan, coordinate, and allocate labour and resources to meet customer requirements and project deadlines.
  • Liaise directly with customers regarding work scope, progress updates, and site requirements.
  • Ensure all site documentation, permits, reports, and completion certificates are accurately completed and submitted.
  • Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to engineering standards.
  • Support quotation development, job costing, and resource planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and business development within customer sites.
  • Mentor and develop engineering personnel through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Participate in site audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Active participation in on call rota, shift working and overtime requests to ensure service levels are maintained.
