Workshop Supervisor (Progression to Manager) £55,000 - £60,000 + Overtime (OTE £73k) + Flexitime + 36 Days Holiday + Company Benefits Cheltenham
Are you a Workshop Team Leader/Supervisor from a mechanical background, looking to take the next step in your career and progress directly into a Workshop Manager role? Are you looking to take on further responsibilities and have full autonomy to make your mark within a busy workshop, where you can influence positive change whilst overseeing 25 employees?
In this role you will be responsible for dealing with all fleet issues, negotiating deals with parts suppliers, giving financial reports to directors and maintaining high standards around the workshop. You will be overseeing the operations of over 100 HGVs, with HGV training given if required.
Established in 1985, this company are looking to grow their workforce by 10% within the next year. They specialise in commercial vehicle hire and logistic services providing into several industries such as recycling and sales.

This role would suit a Workshop Supervisor or Team Leader looking to progress into a managerial position, within a busy workshop environment with plenty of day-to-day challenges.
The Role:
- Managing a team of 25 employees in the workshop
- Dealing with fleet issues and maintaining high workshop standards
- Negotiating with part suppliers and giving financial reports
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 40 hour week
- Optional overtime paid at 1.5x
