Role Description

The Workspace Host & Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for welcoming members and visitors, providing day-to-day support, and ensuring a friendly, well-organized workspace environment.

Typical tasks include:

  • Managing front-of-house operations
  • Responding to member inquiries
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Supporting events or community activities

The role also involves basic administrative duties such as handling membership documentation, maintaining records, monitoring supplies, and liaising with vendors. The Workspace Host & Administrator works closely with the wider team to uphold service standards, assist with onboarding new members, and contribute to sales opportunities by promoting workspace services.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with members, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Training and Sales skills to help onboard new members and support membership growth and retention.
  • Food & Beverage experience to assist with hospitality services, events, and daily refreshments where required.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including basic IT proficiency (email, calendars, office software) and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently on-site, and collaborate within a small team environment.
