Founded in 2012 by Remi & Tori, Mainyard Studios started as a humble endeavour in Hackney Wick, East London. Today, we've grown into a thriving community of over 480 businesses across 12 sites in 5 London boroughs. Responsibilities:
- Inbox Management: Maintain and respond to Mainyard Studios enquiries promptly.
- Performance Indicators: Consistently meet key performance indicators related to operations, occupancy, facilities, and community management.
- Business Development: Bring in new business through various marketing channels and partnership building.
- Member Support: Address member enquiries and requests promptly.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and facilitate maintenance works in coordination with the handyman.
- Member Engagement: Foster relationships with members, understanding their needs and facilitating serendipitous connections.
- Community Building: Plan and execute regular events to foster community spirit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Mainyard Studios team on social media content and website updates.
- Administrative Tasks: Stay on top of administrative duties, including invoicing and contract management.
- Budget Management: Manage budget adherence and maintain member occupancy.
- Performance Reporting: Provide reports on key performance metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Update processes and procedures to enhance organisational efficiency.
- Workspace Maintenance: Order consumables within budget and ensure the upkeep of workspaces.
- Positive Influence: Uphold a positive atmosphere and contribute to overall morale.

Salary: Start at £26K and £29K after probation
Working Hours: Mon to Thur 9-6 and Fri 9-5
Bank Holidays: Paid holidays and Xmas and New Year Break
Paid Sick Days: Up to 5 days per year
