Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We assisted Alphabet’s team in delivering a centrally controlled biometrics analysis application that allowed live data to be collected and transmitted to a webGL visualisation platform.

  • Alphabet’s team delivered a centrally controlled biometrics analysis application that allowed live data to be collected and transmitted to a webGL visualisation platform.
  • This was an experiential collaboration with Framestore Labs that saw 24 various choirs from around the world perform on the Eros stage.
  • Each of the choir wore an S3 watch to read their biometrics in real time as they performed.
  • Our custom software threw this data to the Framestore Labs visualisation set up.
  • Coupling our code with their webGL visuals allowed the system to display 'The Emotions' of the performers in real time for 24 days in the run up to Christmas, one of the busiest periods for Piccadilly Circus.
  • The system ran autonomously for over a month displaying the biometric data from the choir on the numerous screens throughout the Eros site to be viewed by close to 8 million people proving you can see emotion.
