We are expanding our team, and are therefore looking for a number of operators to join our World Class Operator programme. The WCO programme is all about developing people through their career in production to become world class in two years (or sooner depending on your current skills and experience level!) The roles are shift based and permanent.

About the Role

The main responsibilities of this role will involve the operation of machinery whilst driving activity to improve and maintain performance standards, and leading continuous improvement through all activities. The successful candidate will be expected to fulfil a ‘non-core role’ in order to integrate functional requirements with operations requirements, and will be a role model to others. We expect our world class operators to be accountable for the optimum performance of their designated area, with the overall goal being to produce quality soft drinks safely, within costs, delivering customer satisfaction within legal and company guidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
