Joining our Manchester-based client as a Worldwide Luxury Travel Specialist, your role will be to deliver an exceptional level of service to direct clients and agents, designing and arranging bespoke, luxury worldwide travel itineraries, offering a high-touch service and detail-focused approach.
This is a unique opportunity and one which will suit an ambitious and career-driven travel industry candidate, looking for their next step within a luxury travel organization. Role of Worldwide Luxury Travel Specialist:
- Booking a wide selection of luxury worldwide travel products, including tailor-made bespoke itineraries
- Working with clients directly and liaising with agents/suppliers
- Forging strong relationships with clients, agents, and suppliers
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service at all times
- Offering product/destination advice and itinerary suggestions
- Achieving sales targets

- Previous travel agency sales/tour operator experience - essential
- Luxury travel product knowledge - essential
- Strong sales ability / able to achieve sales targets
- Excellent customer service skills and good attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
