Starborn helps agencies and B2B founders generate inbound clients through personal branding on LinkedIn. We build founder-led content systems that combine strategic content, lead magnets, and automation to create predictable inbound pipelines.
We work remotely with clients around the world, helping them become the go-to authority in their niche.
Role Description
We're looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter to write high-quality content for founders, agency owners, and B2B executives.
You'll be responsible for turning client knowledge, interviews, voice notes, and existing content into engaging LinkedIn posts that build authority, generate engagement, and drive inbound leads.

This role requires someone who understands LinkedIn, can quickly learn different industries, and can consistently write content that sounds like the client—not like AI.
Responsibilities
- Write 20–30 LinkedIn posts per client each month
- Replicate each client's tone of voice and writing style
- Research client industries, competitors, and target audiences
- Turn calls, transcripts, voice notes, and ideas into compelling content
- Write educational, storytelling, opinion, and lead-generation posts
- Revise content based on client and strategist feedback
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high writing quality

Qualifications
- Exceptional English writing skills
- Proven experience writing LinkedIn content (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn content that generates engagement and inbound leads
- Ability to adapt to different founder voices and industries
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Comfortable working remotely with a fast-moving team
- Experience using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to improve workflow is a plus
- You must have previous experience writing for freelancing or agency clients
OTE: $4k-$6k/mo
