About ElevenLabs and This Opportunity

About ElevenLabs

ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses — from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors include Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia. We’ve raised $781M in funding, with our last valuation at $11B — multiples of 11.

We’ve expanded into three core domains:

  • ElevenAgents: Enables seamless, AI-driven customer experiences at scale, from voice and chat agents to deployment, testing, monitoring, and reliability tools.
  • ElevenCreative: Empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
  • ElevenAPI: Offers developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.

Our success is the result of the collective creativity and commitment of our team — researchers, engineers, and operators, from IOI medalists to ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting impact, we’d love you to join us.

How We Work

We operate with:

  • High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Impact over titles: No rigid job titles; your contribution and impact define your role.
  • AI-first: Leveraging AI across every function to deliver faster, higher-quality results.
  • Excellence everywhere: Ensuring the best standards match our AI capabilities.
  • Global team: Talent matters more than location.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
