Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiters/Waitresses to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience to our guests.
- Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
- Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
- Teamwork: Work well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
- Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
- Stay Cool: Handle high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and refer them to the line manager, if necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for food, wine, and hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
