Job Description

Kanadevia Inova are hiring an Account Manager to join our Systems and Service Solutions team. The position is located in Hinckley, Leicestershire although can be remote/hybrid (to be agreed individually).

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in commercial management, business operations, or service sales in Power Plants or Waste-to-Energy environments.

  • Manage the customer relationship within the designated region.
  • Drive the commercial strategy, business development for Categories 4 (mechanical retrofit projects), 5 (MRO services), 6 (Spare Parts), and 8 (Digital) and drive the effective project execution for category 4, 5 service works.
  • The position leads the Account Management team, ensuring customer satisfaction and involves managing operational efficiency and compliance and is pivotal in identifying and developing new business opportunities, technologies, and markets.
  • Additionally, the position is key to driving continuous improvement, optimizing processes, and fostering effective collaboration across the organization.
  • Provide strategic leadership for the Account Management team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue and margin growth targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Demonstrable experience in commercial management, business operations, or service sales in Power Plants or Waste-to-Energy environments.
  • Strong expertise in key account management, and service project management.
  • Proficiency in pricing strategies, contract negotiation, and sales forecasting.
  • Experience in field service and technical service, procurement, and contract management.
  • Experience with working in a matrix organization.
  • Advanced IT proficiency in business applications, CRM (preferably IFS), and sales management tools.
  • Strong awareness of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable.
