X-Ray Field Service Engineer – North UK

Up to £60,000 Basic Salary + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Package

Ideally Philips X-RAY trained Experience- Would be beneficial

Axira Partners are supporting a leading healthcare technology and managed equipment services organisation in the search for an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Field Service Engineer, ideally with a background in X-Ray.

Candidates MUST have experience servicing, maintaining and repairing Diagnostic Imaging equipment. Experience across all imaging modalities will be considered, although X-Ray experience is highly desirable (MUST HAVE UK EXP).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation that partners with NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers, supporting the maintenance, servicing and repair of multi-vendor Diagnostic Imaging systems that are critical to patient care.

The Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, repairing and servicing Diagnostic Imaging equipment across a territory covering the North of England. Working closely with Radiology departments, clinical teams and technical stakeholders, you'll ensure equipment remains operational, compliant and performing at its best.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Field Service Engineer.
  • Ideally, experience servicing X-Ray equipment, although MRI, CT, Ultrasound and other imaging modalities will be considered.
  • Strong technical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
  • Experience working within NHS Trusts and private healthcare environments.
  • Ability to work independently, manage service schedules and deliver excellent customer support.
  • A proactive, technically capable engineer looking to develop their career within Diagnostic Imaging.

Engineers from other Diagnostic Imaging modalities are encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant field service engineering experience.
