πŸš€ SERIES B | HIGH-GROWTH SaaS | TECH FOR GOOD | UP TO Β£90,000 + BENEFITS

Areti Group is partnering with an exceptional high-growth, Series B funded Tech for Good SaaS business entering a major new phase of expansion.

Following significant investment, they are scaling their Product & Technology organisation and we’re looking for an outstanding Product Lead to join the journey.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join a successful technology business with an established product, ambitious growth plans and a mission that creates meaningful real-world impact.

They don't need somebody to simply manage a backlog.

They need a Product Lead who can think commercially, understand customers, use data intelligently and turn genuine market problems into brilliant products.

About the Role

As Product Lead, you’ll work at the heart of a cross-functional Product, Design and Engineering team, helping determine what gets built, why it gets built and how success is measured.

You'll combine customer insight, market intelligence, commercial thinking and product data to influence product direction and make confident prioritisation decisions.

You’ll take ideas from problem discovery β†’ validation β†’ prioritisation β†’ delivery β†’ launch β†’ measurement β†’ iteration.

And critically, you'll be expected to prove whether what you've built has actually worked.

What You'll Be Doing

Product Strategy & Direction

  • Translate customer, market and business problems into a clear product direction
  • Help shape and execute product strategy aligned with wider company objectives
  • Build and manage roadmaps based on evidence, customer value and commercial impact
  • Challenge assumptions and ensure teams understand the β€œwhy” behind what they're building

Customer & Market Discovery

  • Get close to customers and understand their real-world problems
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to identify opportunities
  • Validate problems before committing significant engineering investment
  • Analyse market and competitive trends to influence product decisions

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

And importantly...

You need to care about outcomes, not output.

Shipping another feature isn't the win.

Solving the right customer problem and being able to demonstrate the impact is.

Why This Opportunity?

This is where things get particularly exciting.

You'll be joining a Series B funded Tech for Good SaaS company at a significant inflection point.

The business already has:

  • An established and successful technology platform
  • Significant real-world customer impact
  • Strong market traction
  • Major investment behind its next stage of growth
  • An ambitious Product & Engineering strategy
  • A genuine purpose beyond simply generating revenue

Now they're investing heavily in the people who will help take the product organisation through its next phase of scale.

That means genuine opportunity to influence.

Not just another Product Manager joining another feature factory.

You'll have the opportunity to shape product direction, solve complex customer problems, work alongside talented Product, Design and Engineering teams and see the impact of your decisions at serious scale.

The Package

  • Up to Β£90,000
  • Excellent benefits package
  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
