About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who genuinely understands Homecare.

This is the important bit: We're not simply looking for a SaaS salesperson who thinks they could learn Homecare.

We want someone who already understands how domiciliary care providers operate, how senior decision-makers think and the commercial and operational pressures facing the sector.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work strategically with some of the UK's larger care organisations, developing opportunities over longer sales cycles and building relationships that go far beyond a traditional software pitch.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Running consultative discovery.
  • Building and converting high-value opportunities.
  • Commercial negotiation.
  • Working through procurement and tender processes.
  • Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Representing the business across the wider sector.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally understand areas such as:

  • Domiciliary / Homecare operations.
  • Rostering and visit scheduling.
  • Recruitment and retention challenges.
  • CQC requirements.
  • Local authority commissioning.
  • Procurement / frameworks.
  • The commercial pressures facing care providers.
