This is a pivotal role for an experienced Sage X3 professional who wants to take ownership, lead complex projects, and make a meaningful impact on how we deliver for our customers. You’ll bring your expertise to a team that is strengthening for the future, helping shape our approach, influence best practice, and play a key part in the next stage of Mysoft’s growth and your professional development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with customers to understand business requirements and deliver successful Sage X3 solutions.
- Configuring and optimising Sage X3 modules to meet customer needs and project objectives.
- Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customisations, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Leading testing, data migration validation, and deployment activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing guidance and resolving issues.
- Delivering user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support effective system adoption.
- Providing post-go-live support, system optimisation, and ongoing consultancy.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Maintaining expertise in Sage X3 and keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

About You
- Proven experience implementing and configuring Sage X3, ideally within distribution environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes, solution design, system integrations, and ERP best practices.
- Experience delivering software or ERP projects using structured project methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-focused, with a track record of building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Experience providing user training, supporting change adoption, and ensuring successful system use.
- Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Relevant ERP or Sage X3 certifications, and a degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline, are advantageous.
