Crisis Skylight London Case Manager Roles
Location: Based onsite at Crisis Skylight London, E1, however during the operation of Crisis at Christmas (end of December to mid-January) the role will be undertaken across our Crisis at Christmas hotels all over London.
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week. You will need to be available to work over the Christmas period and on Bank Holidays from 21 December 2026 to 12 January 2027, with time of in lieu given in accordance with Crisis’ TOIL policy.
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31 March 2027
About The Role
This is an exciting time to join the Christmas Case Management Team at Crisis. This Christmas we’re determined to make our biggest impact yet and so we’re investing in the team who work across the Crisis at Christmas services in London and through an outreach-based approach thereafter. We are therefore looking to recruit five brand new case managers to support even more of our guests this year.
The role of a case manager within the Christmas Case Management Team is a varied and fulfilling role. Through collaboration with internal and external partners and advocating where necessary, you will support guests to achieve their outcomes and move away from homelessness. You will record and monitor the progress of service users, ensuring the data is accurate. You will receive regular supervision, reflective practice, and access to learning and development opportunities. Finally, you will be joining a highly experienced, motivated and supportive team seeking to improve the quality of life of people experiencing homelessness in London.
About You
We are looking for an experienced, skilled and driven people to join the team as Case Managers. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will establish open and trusting relationships with people who are/have been living on the streets or in temporary accommodation, offering high-quality information, advice and support and working in a psychologically informed way.
Many of our guests are distressed by their situation and, and the role would suit people who are both compassionate and resilient. You’ll be able to draw on your experience of coaching and providing information, advice and guidance to provide flexible, person-centred support to people who are homeless, assisting them to access accommodation and relevant services. It’s vital therefore that you have a solid knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting people experiencing homelessness including a good understanding of homelessness legislation and benefits entitlement.
