Xantium Academy Fellow

We seek top early-career professionals to join our inaugural Xantium Academy Fellowship commencing the summer of 2027. This six-month accelerated program blends structured mentorship, classroom theory, and hands-on practice across fluid tracks in Trading or Analysis. Supported by active executive sponsorship – including direct engagement with Xantium Co-Founders – Fellows will make immediate contributions through real-world projects.

We plan to hire 10-12 highly talented individuals with a range of experiences for our first cohort; while each person will be based in New York or London, they’ll collaborate with Xantium colleagues around the world. The overall experience shall enable Fellows to discover their natural niche, hone in on an ideal role and team, and transition into their permanent professional home at the end of the program.

Program Structure

Six-Month Timeline

  • The program begins with an “Initial Immersion” rotation featuring 10-12 weeks of immediate, hands-on deployment into real work alongside seasoned professionals.
  • Fellows then transition into a 3-week cohort-wide classroom training led by experienced speakers and Xantium leadership hosted at one of Xantium’s main offices.
  • The experience concludes with a 10-12 week “Capstone” rotation of more advanced deployment, allowing Fellows to build off their learnings to tackle another set of projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
