Job Title: XDC LGV Driver
We are recruiting a qualified and experienced XDC LGV Driver to join our growing transport team at our Raunds site, Northamptonshire.
About the Role
As a XDC LGV Driver, you’ll need solid experience working in a busy transport operation and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

- Full-Time - Permanent
Shift
- Monday - Friday (days) | 53.5 hours per week (additional weekend work will be required during peak periods)
Salary
- £47,601.32 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring safe and timely deliveries across our depot network
- Contributing to key operational and performance targets
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
- Completing site inductions and any required training to support business needs
- Utilising strong geographical knowledge to plan and complete journeys
- Following company policies, procedures, and standard operating practices (SOPs)
- Demonstrating flexibility in your approach to work and collaborating effectively as part of a wider team

Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of driver regulations/WTD
- Full HGV driver's licence (C / C+E)
- Hold a valid DCPC and Digital Tachograph card
