Xero Accounting Specialist
London | Hybrid Working
We are working with a growing business to recruit a Xero Accounting Specialist for a newly created role within their expanding Accounting-as-a-Service division.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Xero-savvy accountant to become the internal expert for the platform, helping to drive best practice, support colleagues, and deliver training across the business.
You'll receive dedicated training from Xero and have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing function.

- Deliver Xero training and support to internal teams
- Create user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Act as the first point of contact for Xero-related queries
- Support clients with onboarding and platform training where required.
- Keep up to date with Xero developments and promote best practice across the business.
About You
- Strong practical experience using Xero in an accountancy practice or finance environment
- Part-qualified ACA/ACCA or a background in bookkeeping and accounts
- Confident communicator with the ability to explain financial processes clearly
- Experience supporting colleagues or clients with Xero
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a growing business.
