About the Role
We are partnering with an innovative accounting firm that are looking for a Xero specialist, to sit at the core of their Learning and Development function. You'll be creating engaging training content, delivering live sessions to client audiences, and helping internal teams build real confidence with Xero.
This role would suit someone from an accounts preparation background, who sees their career path developing a little differently. This is a position where there would be significant client interaction, social media engagement, and content production – but not a typical accounts preparation or traditional client delivery work.

- Creating professional video training content that brings Xero features and workflows to life for client audiences
- Delivering live training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) to clients across a range of experience levels
- Supporting the induction and ongoing upskilling of internal employees through structured training programmes
- Building, maintaining, and regularly updating a centralised knowledge bank of training resources
- Keeping all content current as Xero evolves with product updates and new functionality
- Serving as an internal subject matter expert across core accounting processes and Xero best practice
What We're Looking For
- A background in accounting, with part-qualified status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or AAT)
- Strong, hands-on knowledge of Xero, including day-to-day workflows, reporting, and general navigation – a Xero expert!
- A genuine passion for training and helping others build their knowledge
- A confident, engaging presenter who can hold a room and keep an audience switched on
- High energy, self-motivated, and driven to do the role well
- A clear and natural communicator who can make complex topics feel simple and approachable

Nice to Have
- Experience producing video content or e-learning materials
- A background in a training, L&D, or education environment
- Xero certification or Xero Advisor accreditation
