Job Description
You will join an elite cohort of experienced founders and early breakout employees to build your next venture-scale company from the ground up. This program provides immediate capital, expert co-founder matching, and a direct path to a seed round, specifically designed for those who have already proven their 0→1 execution capabilities.

What You Will Do
- Identify and validate a venture-scale business idea through rigorous experimentation and deep market analysis.
- Partner with a high-caliber co-founder from the vetted cohort to form a balanced founding team.
- Develop a core product or prototype and pitch to EF's network for institutional seed funding.
The ideal candidate
- Previously founded a company that successfully raised an institutional seed round of at least $1M–$2M+.
- Alternatively, were a sub-10 employee at a breakout startup with a defining 0→1 contribution to product or GTM.
- Possesses the drive to build a venture-scale company and can demonstrate clear followership and execution excellence.
