About New Homes Hub
New Homes Hub is a UK property technology platform dedicated exclusively to new build and newly built homes. We work with leading developers, estate agents and build-to-rent operators, helping buyers and renters discover new homes through an innovative digital platform.
As we expand our presence in the Chinese market, we're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Chinese Digital Marketing Intern to help grow our brand across Chinese digital and social media platforms.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the founders of a growing UK proptech startup and play a key role in building New Homes Hub's presence within the Chinese market. You'll help create engaging content, grow our online community and contribute ideas that support our international growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimise content across Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Douyin, WeChat and other relevant Chinese social media platforms.
- Support international digital marketing campaigns targeting Chinese audiences.
- Translate and adapt marketing content between English and Mandarin.
- Research Chinese market trends, consumer behaviour and competitors.
- Engage with online communities and help grow brand awareness.
- Monitor content performance and produce marketing insights.
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen New Homes Hub's presence in the Chinese market.
About You
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Passionate about digital marketing and content creation.
- Experienced using Xiaohongshu (RedNote), Douyin and WeChat.
- Creative, proactive and eager to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.

This is an unpaid internship. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity to continue working with New Homes Hub on a paid freelance basis, subject to performance and business needs.
