Clients can rely on expert support across the sale, purchase, charter, and management of large superyachts. Role Description

The Yacht Charter Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in central London. This role is responsible for assisting the smooth operation of yacht charter bookings, guest experience and relationships, and day-to-day administrative tasks. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys switching between administrative and hands-on tasks.

The administrator will ensure documentation and compliance requirements are met, and handle pre- and post-charter administration. Daily tasks include updating internal systems, managing charter calendars, handling invoices and payments in collaboration with finance, preparation of marketing materials and listings, and general office administration to ensure a seamless charter experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including experience with scheduling, document management, and accurate data entry.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, email, calendars, CRM or booking systems), and willingness to learn industry-specific tools.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and respond clearly and promptly where required.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, ensuring contracts, itineraries, and records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team, managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong numerical skills for handling invoices, payments, and basic financial reconciliation related to charters.
  • Previous experience in luxury travel, yachting, hospitality, or a similar client-focused environment is highly beneficial.
  • Professional written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to a discerning clientele.
