Yacht Charter Broker

Location: London | Hybrid
Sector: Luxury Yachting
Salary: Competitive base + commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Yacht Charter Broker to join a growing and ambitious luxury yachting business.

We are looking for someone with strong charter experience who is commercially driven, confident building client relationships and excited by the opportunity to develop their own business within a highly regarded luxury brand.

Working with an international HNW and UHNW client base, you will manage the full charter journey – from initial enquiry and yacht selection through to negotiation, booking and successful delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing a strong pipeline of charter business while delivering an exceptional level of service to both new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing charter enquiries from initial conversation through to booking and execution.
  • Developing new business and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Building long-term relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Identifying suitable yachts and creating compelling charter proposals.
  • Negotiating charter agreements and managing the commercial elements of each booking.
  • Working closely with Charter Management, Operations and wider teams to ensure every charter is delivered seamlessly.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of the global charter fleet, destinations and wider market.
  • Developing strong relationships with yacht owners, managers, captains and industry partners.
  • Attending yacht shows, industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Contributing to the continued growth and profile of the wider yachting business.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strong yachting knowledge with commercial drive and excellent relationship-building skills.

Ideally, you will have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience within yacht charter, ideally in a brokerage environment.
  • A proven ability to generate revenue and successfully manage charter deals.
  • Experience working with HNW and UHNW clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the international yacht charter market.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • The confidence to develop new business while nurturing existing client relationships.
  • A genuine passion for yachting, travel and delivering exceptional experiences.
