Junior Yacht Charter Broker – Anchor Yacht Charters (London Bridge)

Anchor is on a mission to get more people out on the water. We’re expanding our London team and are looking for a Junior Yacht Charter Broker who’s excited to help clients plan an unforgettable time afloat.

As a valued member of the Anchor Yacht Charters team, you’ll be working with both new and returning clients to match them with the right yacht, destination, and level of support. From first enquiry to the moment they step aboard, you’ll guide them through every stage of their charter experience.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about travel and yachting. You do not need to have any experience of yachting, although it may be helpful. You’ll also be expected to uphold the high standard of service that Anchor customers know us for.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine passion for travel, yachting, and being on the water (sailing experience nice to have)
  • Sales experience (preferable)
  • Excellent communication, written, and numeracy skills
  • A confident, friendly, and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic team
  • Additional languages, especially European languages, are a big bonus

  • Competitive salary + commission
