What You’ll Deliver

As a Yard Instructor, you will:

  • Deliver dynamic, results-driven Strength & Conditioning classes within The Yard, inspiring members to perform at their best.
  • Provide expert coaching across functional strength, conditioning, and cross-training methodologies.
  • Lead challenging and engaging workouts that build strength, resilience, endurance, and confidence.
  • Maintain exceptional coaching standards through technical instruction, movement correction, and ongoing member support.
  • Bring energy, personality, and presence to every class, creating an atmosphere that motivates and retains members.
  • Champion the Third Space member experience by fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performance training environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness, coaches.
  • Confident instructors who can lead and motivate large groups.
  • Strong movement coaches with excellent technical knowledge.
  • Energetic individuals who bring personality and presence to every session.
  • Community-focused coaches who create an outstanding member experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or equivalent)
