Job Description
We are actively looking to appoint a Yard/Branch Assistant to join the successful team in our Wednesbury branch. If you are a hardworking, flexible individual who can work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Job
In this role as a Yard/Branch Assistant your duties will involve:
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Pick customer orders accurately
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck
- Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline
- Serve customers on the trade counter when required
- Customer interaction

You Will Come to Us With
- Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills
- Literacy & Numeracy
- A hardworking & helpful individual to train in all aspects of our operation
- An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
Desirable
- Experience in Warehousing
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Forklift truck licence
