Term Time plus 5 Staff Development Days

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Year Group Manager to join our team at The Eastbourne Academy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional pastoral care, safeguarding, and academic support to students within a designated year group.
