About the role
Gain valuable knowledge and experience of:
- Technical project management
- Asset management through compliance, Asset & Regulatory Governance and electronic management systems
- HSE management
- Contract management
Actively support the team e.g. with:
- Developing and delivering the wind farm’s engineering and maintenance strategy
- Safety improvements through offshore inspections
- Project management, ensuring adherence to programme, budget and quality
- Asset integrity
Job requirements and experience
- You're an enrolled student in one of the following degree courses: Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Renewables or similar.
- Your degree course is eligible for a year in industry placement.
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills.
- You're able to coordinate your own workload and to meet tight deadlines.
- Working in a diverse team environment and dealing with a range of stakeholders every day is something you feel comfortable with.
- Motivation is crucial; your cover letter will tell us why you´re a suitable candidate for this opportunity, and how it aligns with your studies & career plans.
- You have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years due to the potential requirement for National Security Vetting.

This position is aimed at those currently studying who are eligible for a Year in Industry Placement. For those who will be graduating Summer 2027 we encourage you to apply for our graduate programme which will be advertised in January 2027.
An offer of employment in this role may require holding active or ability to pass National Security vetting to SC level. Failure to obtain and or maintain National Security Vetting to SC may result in the removal of job offers and or existing employment.
